Online Remote Evaluation
Instructions to get connected to a technician AFTER an appointment confirmation email has been received:
1. Go to HELP.SLAYTONCOMPUTERS.COM
2. Enter the 6-digit code into the field
3. Click the CONNECT TO TECHNICIAN button

4. Depending on your browser (we are showing examples using IE 9), You need to click the RUN button that pops up after you clicked the 'Connect to Technician' button.

5. WAIT for the software to install. You may need to hit UNBLOCK or ACCEPT if a window pops up.

6. Once you have successfully installed the Remote Access software, you will see a screen that says 'Waiting for Technician'.

7. After the technician is connected, he will call the phone number you provided on the form or over the phone.
